复合辅酶辅助治疗新生儿窒息后心肌损害疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨复合辅酶辅助治疗新生儿窒息后心肌损害临床效果。方法选取我院2015年3月~2016年3月儿科治疗的55例窒息后心肌损害新生儿为研究对象。按随机数字表法随机分为观察组27例与对照组28例,对照组患儿给予常规对症支持治疗,观察组患儿在对照组患儿常规治疗基础上应用复合辅酶辅助治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效及治疗前后患儿血清各临床指标变化情况。结果观察组新生儿的临床疗效优于对照组新生儿,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组新生儿治疗后较治疗前血清CK-MB、肌钙蛋白T、乳酸脱氢酶指标均降低,观察组新生儿治疗后上述血清指标降幅大于对照组新生儿,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论临床上对窒息后心肌损害新生儿应用复合辅酶配合常规对症支持治疗,疗效确切,有效降低新生儿心力衰竭及死亡几率,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of coenzyme complex in adjuvant treatment of myocardial damage after neonatal asphyxia. Methods 55 cases of neonates with myocardial damage after asphyxia cured in department of paediatrics of our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group with 27 cases and control group with 28 cases. Neonates in control group were treated with conventional symptomatic support therapy, and neonates in observation group were treated with coenzyme adjuvant therapy on the basis of conventional symptomatic support therapy. The clinical effect and changes of clinical parameters in children with serum before and after the therapy of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Compared with the indexes before the therapy, serum CK-MB, troponin T, lactate dehydrogenase of the neonates in the two groups after the therapy were decreased. The decline in serum indicators of the neonates in observation group after the therapy was bigger than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The coenzyme complex in adjuvant treatment of myocardial damage after neonatal asphyxia has definite curative effect. It can effectively reduce the risk of neonatal heart failure and death. It is worthy to be widely used in clinic.
