摘要
针对橡胶沥青混合料在高温地区和重载运输条件下容易出现车辙、推移等问题,研究通过合理的压实工艺参数控制来提高橡胶沥青混合料的高温性能.结果表明:合理设置轮碾成型次数和成型温度,能够有效提高橡胶沥青混合料高温稳定性.为保证高温稳定性,橡胶沥青混合料在180℃进行室内轮碾成型的次数宜控制在18 ~20个往返,若以12个往返为标准碾压次数,其压实温度应控制在180~190℃.
As asphalt - rubber mixture was prone to appear rutting, slippage and other problems in high -temperature region or under heavy traffic, reasonable control of compaction were used to improve high - temperature performance of asphalt - rubber mixture. The results show that: compaction process parameters such as roiling frequency and molding temperature have significant influence on high- temperature performance of asphalt - rubber mixture. The rolling frequency of asphalt - rubber mixture should be controlled among 18 to 20 round trips under the rolling temperature about 180℃ ; if the number of rolling is 12 round trips, the compaction temperature of asphalt - rubber mixture should be controlled among 180℃ to 190 ℃.
