摘要
[目的/意义]揭示信息失真是导致网络暴力的成因,为构建网络信息治理模式提供新的思考角度。[方法/过程]介绍了信息失真与网络暴力的概念,阐述两者的逻辑关系;运用网络问卷调查法,对网络信息失真成因以及网络信息失真与网络暴力关系进行分析。[结果/结论]构建一个网络信息治理模式,提出完善举报和投诉系统、重视宣传教育、强化对信息传播平台的监督和维护等对策。
[Purpose/significance] The paper is to reveal the cause of information distortion resulting in cyber violence, to provide a new perspective for building network information governance modes. [Method/process]The paper defines the concepts of information distortion and cyber violence, expounds their logical relationship, and uses online questionnaire survey to analyze the cause leading to information distortion and the relationship between information distortion and cyber violence. [Result/conclusion] It builds an network information management mode, and puts forwards some countermeasures including improving reporting and complaint system, attaching importance to propaganda and education, and enhancing supervision and maintenance of information transmission platform.
