摘要
为了提高化工企业的生产效率,提高化工企业的经济效益,将故障诊断技术应用在化工机械设备的日常检查和维修中,保障相关化工机械设备的正常运行具有重要的作用。文章就化工行业中常用的机械设备往复式压缩机作为事例进行分析和说明,首先介绍往复式压缩机常见故障诊断技术的现状,然后根据设备的发展情况对故障诊断技术的未来发展趋势做出展望,希望为我国相关工作人员在这方面的研究提供一定的参考。
In order to increase chemical production efficiency,improve the economic efficiency of chemical companies,fault diagnosis technology in routine inspection and maintenance of machinery and equipment in the chemical industry,to ensure the normal operation of machinery and equipment related to chemical industry has an important role.In this paper,The chemical industry, machinery and equipment commonly used in reciprocating compressor as case analysis and description,tirst introduced the current situation of common reciprocating compressor fault diagnosis technology and equipment to make light of developments in the outlook for the future development trend of fault diagnosis technology desirable to provide a reference for the study of relevant staff in this regard.
