磷矿石作为氟生产的主要原料,受到国家限制后,对于氟产品有了一定的影响。随着国际经济的快速发展,半导体产业也迅速发展。电子级氢氟酸是半单体的主要化学原料。从电子级氢氟酸纯化技术的现状和未来发展两个方面展开了研究,意在探索纯化技术的发展,以及对于萤石产生战略性保护,为经济和社会创造更大的效益。
