摘要
研究了10、15、20、23、25℃下4种储藏物害虫幼虫对温度的敏感性,并探讨了控温储粮适宜的控制温度。结果表明,储藏物害虫对不同温度的敏感性存在差异,随着温度的降低,幼虫的死亡数逐渐增多。在95%的显著性水平下,4种储藏物害虫幼虫对15、20、23、25℃下温度的敏感性差异不显著。在10℃,4种害虫幼虫的死亡率从大到小依次为脊胸露尾甲、烟草甲、锈赤扁谷盗、赤拟谷盗,其中锈赤扁谷盗幼虫、烟草甲幼虫、脊胸露尾甲幼虫对温度敏感性差异显著,而赤拟谷盗幼虫对温度敏感性差异不显著。
The larvae of stored product pest were exposed at 10、15、20、23、25℃.The lethal effect of it against low temperature and the appropriate temperature for low temperature grain storage technology was observed.The results showed that low tem-perature has lethal effect to stored grain pests.As the temperature decreaseing ,the number of larvae was increaseing gradually. At 95%significance level,the temperature sensitivity at 15、20、23、25℃to four kinds of larvas was not significant.At 10℃,the order of susceptibility of the larvae of grain stored pests to low temperature could be deduced as follows:Tribolium castaneum〈Cryptolestes ferrugineus〈Lasioderma serricorne〈Carpophilus dimidiatus.The temperature sensitivity at 10℃to the larvae of C.ferrugineus,L.serricorne,C.dimidiatus was significant,while to T.castaneum was not significant at 95%significance level.
