摘要
高速液压夯实机具有夯击能量高,转场方便等优点,广泛应用于基础建设行业。对高速液压夯实机的结构及其液压工作原理进行了简要说明;分析了高速液压夯实机在液压系统设计中存在的问题,并对液压系统进行了改进;制定了液压系统的优化方案,大大提高了高速液压夯实机的系统稳定性和可靠性。最后对高速液压夯实机未来的发展提出了建议。
With the advantages of higher impact energy and convenient transportation, the high-speed hydraulic tamper is widely applied in the infrastructure industry. The article introduces briefly the structure and hydraulic op- erating principle of the high-speed hydraulic temper, and problems existing in the design of hydraulic system are analyzed. Optimization schemes, which are to enhance the systematic stability and reliability, are given in this arti- cle. The author also makes suggestions for the future development of the high-speed hydraulic tamper.
