摘要
目的 探讨中药康复新液保留灌肠在直肠癌新辅助放化疗患者中的应用价值。方法 选择2012年6月至2014年6月收治的接受新辅助治疗的直肠癌患者62例,随机分为实验组和对照组各31例,其中实验组于放疗开始第一天常规使用加温至37~40℃的康复新液50 ml灌肠,保留30 min,2次/d,记录并比较两组患者放疗期间的直肠反应症状出现时间、程度及临时暂停放疗人数。采用SPSS 11.0软件包进行统计学处理,两组患者放疗期间的直肠反应平均症状出现时间等计量资料用（x珋±s）表示,比较采用t检验;放射性直肠炎分度等计数资料比较采用χ2检验,以P〈0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 实验组平均症状出现时间（21 d）与对照组（14 d）相比显著延长,差异有统计学意义（t=0.717,P=0.040）。实验组因放射性直肠炎需临时暂停放疗的人数（2例）与对照组（5例）相比差异无统计学意义（χ2=1.449,P=0.229）。两组患者放射性直肠炎分度的构成比相比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.166,P=0.043）,实验组相对较轻,对照组相对较重。结论 对于接受新辅助放化疗的直肠癌患者,使用中药康复新液保留灌肠可有效预防和治疗新辅助放化疗导致的放射性直肠炎。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of retention enema by using Kangfuxin liquid in patients with rectal cancer undergoing neoadjuvant radiochemotherapy . Methods From June 2012 to June 2014, 62 patients with rectal cancer undergoing neoadjuvant radiochemotherapy were randomly divided into control group （31 cases） and experimental group （31 cases）, who received retention enema by using Kangfuxin liquid 50 ml at the beginning of neoadjuvant radiochemotherapy 30 min Bid.Stastistical analysis were performed by using SPSS 11.0 software package .Measurement data were expressed as mean ＆#177; standard deviation （ x＆#177;s） and were examined by t test.Count data were examined by chi square test , A P value of ＆lt;0.05 was considered as statistically significant . Results There was significant difference of average time before the symptoms occurred between the experimental group and control group （21 d vs.14 d respectively, t=0.717, P =0.040）.There were no significant differences of the number of stopping radiotherapy between the experiment group （2 cases） and control group （5 case） （χ2 =1.449, P=0.229）. There was significant difference of constituent ratios of patients with radiation proctitis between experiment group （mild severe） and control group （more severe） （χ2 =8.166, P =0.043）. Conclusion For patients with rectal cancer undergoing neoadjuvant radiochemotherapy , retention enema by using Kangfuxin liquid could be an effective therapeutic treatment of radiation proctitis .
