摘要
编辑工作任务繁重,保证稿件质量的前提下也要完成稿件的数量,作为期刊编辑在整个编校工作流程中应具备"优化"理念,挖掘触手可得的常用工具和软件的"利用潜力",避免将时间浪费在耗时、利用工具即可减少"人力"的碎片环节的重复性劳动中,从而提高工作效率。
During the routine work of editors of the academic journals, it is necessary to accomplish a certain amount of manuscripts in time given the quality were guaranteed. So, to promote work efficiency, making changes guided by concept of optimization during the procedure of proofreading and editing without unnecessary duplication of effort is essential.
