摘要
基于ABAQUS有限元软件,建立了等长度的滚子与滚道接触模型,通过与Hertz理论解对比,该模型下的有限元解与理论解的应力误差在5%以内。建立了具有不同滚子与滚道边缘距离的接触模型,分析了滚子与滚道的边缘距离对于凸度滚子轴承应力的影响。结果表明:滚子与滚道的边缘距离对滚子端部的应力分布有着明显的影响,最大正交剪切应力对滚子轴承的疲劳寿命有重要的影响,适当增加滚子与滚道的边缘距离,可以提高轴承的疲劳寿命。
The contact model of equal length roller and raceway is established by using finite element software ABAQUS, and the finite element analysis method is verified to be right when compared with the Hertz theoretical solution.Then,contact models with different edge distance between the roller and raceway are established in this paper.The purpose is to analyze the influence of edge distance on stresses of the crown roller bearing.
