摘要
目的探讨胃癌患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的感染与预后的关系,为胃癌临床治疗提供参考依据。方法对2009年10月-2010年10月间遵义医学院附属医院收治的59例胃癌患者的组织切片及30例癌旁组织切片中Hp感染情况进行统计分析。结果 59例胃癌组织中Hp临床平均感染量为(9.03±3.15),30例癌旁组织中Hp临床平均感染量为(4.35±1.17);胃癌患者胃癌组织中Hp临床相对感染量为(11.85±3.51),显著高于其癌旁组织中Hp临床相对感染量水平(4.01±1.27),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌患者中浸润深度处于T3和T4期患者的HP临床相对感染量显著高于T1和T2组,出现淋巴转移的胃癌患者HP临床相对感染量水平显著高于无淋巴转移患者,处于Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期的胃癌患者HP感染量均显著高于Ⅱ期和Ⅰ期患者,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者临床实际生存与HP临床相对感染量之间呈负相关性。结论临床中,对于胃癌患者而言,Hp与疾病的发生、发展均存在较为紧密的联系,可将其作为评估胃癌进展和预后的一个潜在性标志。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori（Hp）infection and its prognosis in gastric cancer patients,so as to provide references for clinical treatment of gastric cancer.METHODS The infection of tissue slice in 59 cases of gastric cancer patients and 30 cases of para-carcinoma tissue in the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College between Oct.2009 and Oct.2010 were statistically analyzed.RESULTS Hp clinical average infection rate in 59 cases of gastric cancer patients was（9.03±3.15）,which was（4.35±1.17）in30cases of para-carcinoma tissues of gastric cancer patients.Hp clinical relative infection rate in gastric cancer tissues of 30 cases of gastric cancer patients was（11.85±3.51）,which was significantly higher than（4.01±1.27）of the para-carcinoma tissues（P〈0.05）.Clinical relative infection of Hp in the T3,T4 stages of depth of invasion was significantly higher than that in T1,T2 stages,and which in the patients with lymphatic metastasis was significantly higher than that in the patients without lymphatic metastasis.Hp infection rate in the patients atⅢ,Ⅳ stages was significantly higher than that in the patients atⅡ,Ⅰstages（P〈0.05）.The clinical survival rate of patients was negatively correlated with the clinical relative infection of Hp.CONCLUSIONIn clinic,there is a close relationship between Hp infection and the occurrence and development of the disease,which can be used as a potential marker to evaluate the progress and prognosis of gastric cancer.
