腹腔镜胃癌根治术的入路选择：中国特色的左侧后入路 被引量：1

摘要 自1994年日本Kitano等报道首例腹腔镜辅助远端胃切除术治疗早期胃癌以来，腹腔镜在胃癌领域的发展已有20余年。随着腹腔镜技术的成熟与规范化．我国近年来腹腔镜胃癌手术得到了越来越多的开展。然而。由于胃的血供丰富、解剖层面较多、淋巴结清扫复杂和重建方式多样，故其手术难度相对较大，学习曲线较长。选择正确的手术入路是顺利实施腹腔镜胃癌手术的基础。
