摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记系统阐述了坚持发展当代中国马克思主义政治经济学的一系列重大问题,提出了发展当代中国马克思主义政治经济学的目标任务和重大原则。围绕坚持和发展中国特色社会主义经济提出了一系列重大战略思想和重要理论观点,涉及到了中国特色社会主义经济中生产、分配、交换等各个环节以及基本经济制度、基本分配制度、社会主义市场经济、经济改革和发展、对外开放以及党的领导和政府的作用等各个方面,形成了完整的理论体系,推动了中国特色社会主义政治经济学发展迈向新的历史阶段,实现了马克思主义政治经济学基本理论同中国实际相结合新的历史飞跃,开创了马克思主义政治经济学发展的新时代,是21世纪当代中国的马克思主义政治经济学。他的相关系列重要讲话启示我们:坚持以马克思主义政治经济学为指导,要真懂真信、掌握真谛、融会贯通;在坚持以马克思主义政治经济学为指导问题上,要认识清醒、态度坚定;建设中国特色的经济学体系,必须立足中国改革发展实践,同时要坚持古为今用、洋为中用。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the general secretary Xi Jinping has made a systematical statement on key issues for the development of Marxist political economy in China with illus-trations on its major objectives and basic principles. Xi put forward series of strategic thoughts and important viewpoints in building and adhering to socialist economy with Chinese characteristics. His thought involved some critical part and various aspects concerning national governance such as the production, distribution and exchange in socialist economy with Chinese characteristics, the basic economic system, distribution system, the socialist market economy, economic reforms and development, the opening-up policy, the Party＇s leader-ship and the decisive role of government. It serves as an integrated theoretical system that brings new historical stage for the develop-ment of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics. Xi＇s thought helps to achieve new historical stage in combining basic principles of Marxist political economics with China＇s reality. It has created a new era for the development of Marxist political economics, Calling for advances in combining Marist economic philosophy and China＇s economic development. Xi＇s important remarks on Marx＇s political economics suggested that under the guiding principles of Marxist po-litical economics, we should have a better understanding and full use of basic principles of Marxism to solve problems and create new di-mensions in China＇s economic development. We should both recognize present achievements and challenges in making Marxist political eco-nomics as guiding principles, carrying it out with great confidence. President Xi highlighted the fact that to uphold the basic socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics, we should proceed from the practice in China＇s reform and let traditional and foreign cul-tures serve for the new development of China.
