摘要
目的调查分析社区多病共存患者的焦虑、抑郁心理状况,并提出心理干预方法。方法选取所辖社区内多病共存患者120例,将其设为观察组,另选120例社区慢性疾病单发患者,将其设为对照组,通过发放调查问卷及特定心理评估量表,对两组患者焦虑、抑郁情况进行调查分析。结果观察组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑障碍发生率、抑郁障碍发生率和焦虑合并抑郁障碍发生率同对照组患者比较均明显较高(P<0.05)。结论多病共存对患者心理有较大影响,多数患者存在焦虑、抑郁症状,需采取有效干预措施,改善患者心理状况。
[Objective]To investigate and analyze psychological situation of anxiety and depression in community patients with coexisting diseases and put forward the measures of psychological intervention.[Methods]A total of 120 patients with coexisting diseases under the jurisdiction of the community were selected as the observation group and another 120 cases of patients with chronic diseases in the community were selected as the control group.The anxiety and depression of the patients in the two groups were investigated and analyzed through questionnaires and specific psychological assessment scale.[Results]The scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,the incidence of anxiety disorder was 33.33%,the incidence of depression disorder was 31.67%and the incidence of anxiety and depression was10.00%,which were higher than those of the control group,and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Coexistence of multiple diseases has great influence on psychology of patients and a majority of patients have anxious and depressive symptoms.Some effective intervention measures should be taken to improve the psychological status of the patients.
