固相萃取―离子色谱法测定工业废水中卤素

摘要 采用LC-C18柱-IC-Na柱串联,对样品进行固相萃取,以离子色谱法对工业废水中的卤素进行快速测定。选定的色谱条件是Ion Pac AS22离子交换柱、4.5 mmol/L(Na2CO3)+1.4 mmol/L(NaHCO3)混合液作淋洗液,流速为1.2 m L/min,抑制型电导检测。氟、氯、溴、碘四种卤素在0~10.0 mg/L的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999 0,检测限(3倍噪声比)分别为0.015、0.017、0.025和0.034 mg/L,相对标准偏差分别为0.98%、0.76%、0.82%和0.69%,回收率为95.02%~97.85%。该方法具有简便、准确、灵敏等特点,可较方便地应用于工业废水的质量检测和控制。 Make the LC-C18 column-IC-Na column in series for the samples in solid phase extraction of industrial waste water by ion chromatography method of halogen for rapid determination. All species were separated at Dionex Ion Pac AS22 with mobile phase of a mixture of 4.5 mmol/L sodium carbonate and 1.4 mmol/L sodium bicarbonate at a flow-rate of 1.2 m L/min and suppress conductivity detection. It reached good linearity in the concentration range of 0~10.0 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999 0. The detection limited(LOD, signal-to-noise ratio of 3) of fluoride, chloride, bromide and iodide were 0.015、0.017、0.025 and 0.034 mg/L respectively. Within-dayrelative standard deviations(RSD, n=7) of fluoride, chloride, bromide and iodide 0.98%、0.76%、0.82% and 0.69% respectively. The recoveries of the four anions were in the range of 78.2%~119.8%. The method was simple, accurate, stable and precise. It could be more easily used in industrial waste water quality testing and control.
