摘要
利用水性环氧树脂增强水泥砂浆,改善和提高其作为修复材料的力学强度。通过改变水泥与砂的配比、水性环氧树脂添加量、水泥类型、减水剂用量等因素,系统考察了水性环氧树脂对水泥砂浆的综合性能的影响。结果表明,通过水性环氧树脂增强水泥砂浆,其力学强度有数倍的提高,抗压强度可达到近60 MPa,粘结强度达到2.0 MPa。
In this paper, the water-based epoxy resin was used to reinforce cement mortar to improve and enhance its mechanical properties as a restorative material. By changing the ratio of cement and sand, the amount of water-based epoxy resin, cement type, add water reducer and other factors, the influence of waterborne epoxy resin on cement mortar was systematically investigated. The results showed that the mechanical strength of the reinforced cement mortar by waterborne epoxy resin was increased several times, the compressive strength could reach nearly 60 MPa, and the bonding strength reached 2.0 MPa.
