摘要
目的探讨加强护理措施对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者急救中的意义。方法选取70例在我院就诊的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,两组患者在积极治疗的基础上,对照组35例,采取普通护理措施进行护理,试验组35例,采取加强护理措施进行护理,比较两组患者出院时间,发生并发症人数,死亡人数。结果试验组住院时间短语对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组无人发生并发症、无人死亡,对照组有3例发生并发症、死亡2例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者在急救过程中采取加强护理措施的护理方式,能有效缩短患者住院时间,减少并发症以及死亡人数,值得在临床推广。
Objective Explore to strengthen nursing measures in emergency treatment in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods Select 70 cases in our hospital with diabetic ketoacidosis endocrinology were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Two groups of patients in the active treatment. Control group 35 cases positions were given ordinary nursing measures. Experimental group 35 cases positions were given strengthen the nursing measures for nursing. Comparison of two groups of patients discharge time the number of complications and deaths. Results Patients hospitalized time phrases in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Experimental group patients had no complications, no death, the control group had 3 complications and death occurred in 2. Conclusion In patients with diabetic ketoacidosis used strengthening nursing measures in the process of emergency nursing, can effectively shorten their hospital stay. Reduce the complications and deaths, is worth popularizing in clinical.
