摘要
科研投入产出效率是科研管理的重要内容,也是衡量科研活动效果的重要标准。通过对杭州职业技术学院"十二五"期间科研投入产出指标的分析及与浙江省部分高职院校科研相关数据的比较,探析科研投入产出效率指标的构成,提出加大科研投入规模、明确科研方向定位、发挥科研平台作用、提升科研产出效率及坚持科研正确导向等对策建议。
The input-output efficiency of scientific research is an important content of scientific research management. It is also an important standard to measure the effect of scientific research activities. Through analysis of the input-output indicators on scientific research during the＂Twelfth Five Year Plan＂period of Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College, the comparison of the data of scientific research between Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College and some higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province, this paper studies the composition of scientific research input-output efficiency index, and puts forward the measures and suggestions, such as increasing investment scale, making clear scientific research direction, playing the role of the research platform, improving the efficiency of scientific research output, and insisting correct guidance of scientific research.
