摘要 目前固体绝缘开关被越来越多的厂家所关注,其使用量不但越来越多,而且对其性能的要求也越来越高。为满足产品的可靠性和安全性,通常在绝缘件外表面喷涂导电或是半导电的涂敷层,同时涂敷层必须接地且满足使用过程中人体可接触。这也就使得原本的电场分布将会发生较大改变而引入诸多电性能方面问题。特别是隔离断口和软连接位置中存在的气体间隙放电,高压端部三交点的缺陷和尖端放电导致的局放水平超标和耐压不能满足要求等问题。根据三维有限元仿真分析及实际测试结果进行对比,并经实践证明该解决方案都是有效的、可行的。 Currently switch manufacturers have paid more and more attention to The usage of solid insulated switchgear is needed more and more and also the higher and higher. In order to satisfy the reliability and safety of the product, solid insulated switchgear (SIS). requirement to its performance is the conductive or semi-conductive coating is sprayed on the outer surface of the insulation component, and the coating layer must be grounded so as to contactable to human body is safety. But we found that the original electric field distribution changed subversively and thus resulted in many problems for electrical performance, especially such as the gas discharge caused in the isolation break and soft connection position, after spraying metal coating on the surface of SIS to improve its reliability. On the basis of 3-D FEM simulation analysis, a reliable and feasible proposal has been made.
