摘要
为了模拟服役条件下混凝土中侵蚀性离子的传输,开发了一种由应力加载单元和溶液循环单元组成的试验装置,研究了外加压荷载作用下氯离子在混凝土中的传输行为。试验装置实现了应力与氯盐的协同作用,特点是可实现持续、可调、稳定和高精度的外加荷载以及压应力场下氯离子的稳定传输和扩散。试验结果表明,不论施加荷载与否,混凝土中的氯离子渗透深度都随着时间延长逐渐增大;氯离子扩散系数随着外加压应力比的增大先减小后增大;不同暴露龄期下的表观氯离子扩散系数随着时间的延长呈幂函数衰减。
A modified test device consists of loading supply unit and solution circulation unit was developed to simulate the corrosive ion transport in c6ncrete in real service condition, transport behavior of chloride under external compressive load in con- crete was studied. The test device realized the synergetic effect between loading supply and chlorine salt,and provided a stable transportation and diffusion for chloride under a continuous adjustable stable and high accuracy external load and compressive stress field. Results show that whether load or not,chloride diffusion depth increases with time prolong while the chloride under different exposure time diffusion coefficient take on power function decreases. The diffusion coefficient of chloride ion under in- creasing external compressive load ratio decreases first and then increases.
