基于需要层次理论的外部雇主品牌的构建 被引量:1

摘要 雇主品牌的提出,为企业解决该问题提供了方向。通过雇主品牌的构建,从整体角度扩大企业的吸引力,从而有效提高企业招聘的质量。针对潜在求职者,从马斯洛的生理、安全、归属和情感、尊重、自我实现五种需要出发,构建外部雇主品牌的五维模型,探讨吸引员工进入企业的关键因素和方向,为企业在劳动力市场展现独特魅力提供参考。
