摘要
本文主要研究了天然矿物方解石和石膏的除磷效果及其影响因素,通过实验结果得出矿物的作用机理,并对研究成果的应用前景进行了适当的分析。研究结果表明:混合矿物的除磷性能远远好于方解石,方解石的除磷性能好于石膏;初始磷浓度越高,矿物的除磷效果越好;方解石:石膏=9:1时,混合矿物的除磷效果最佳;方解石的除磷效率随p H值的升高而提高,p H值对混合矿物的除磷性能影响则较小;矿物除磷的性能受粒径和温度影响较大,粒径越小,温度越高,除磷效率越高;重复使用可以略微地提高矿物的除磷效率,矿物的有效使用次数主要受石膏含量的控制。方解石作为磷酸钙晶体的结晶核心,石膏作为钙源提供Ca2+用于促进方解石的除磷作用。
The efficiency and influencing factors of phosphorus removal by calcite and gypsum as well as mechanism of phosphorus removal by this method were studied in this paper. And the applying potential of this method was also analyzed.The results show that the mixed mineral is much more effective than calcite,and calcite is more effective than gypsum. The efficiency is higher when the original concentration of phosphorus is higher. When the dosage of calcite is 9 times in that of gypsum,the efficiency is the highest. With the p H value increases,the removal efficiency by using calcite will rise up. However,the removal efficiency by using mixed mineral will be slightly affected by the p H value. Also,the removal efficiency is greatly affected by the particle size and temperature. Higher efficiency is received under higher temperature and the particle size is smaller. Used minerals become a lit more efficient than the original minerals due to the coverage of the newly formed crystals on them. And the effective degree is controlled by the dosage of gypsum. The mechanism of phosphorus removal by calcite and gypsum is that calcite severs as crystal cores and gypsum is the sources of calcium which supply calcium for enhancing the removal efficiency.
