基于X射线的强力运送带检测系统设计

摘要 针对现有的强力运送带故障在线检测定位难、周期长情况,设计一套输送带自动检测系统来处理接头拉伸、锈蚀、断裂等故障问题。依据视频图像采集原理及缺陷检测技术算法,设计系统总体方案,结合硬件和软件开发,实现了运送带在线检测、实时性、快速性的可视化检测,为钢丝绳芯运送带运行状况、故障诊断与决策得出可靠判断方式。 In view of the existing strength conveyor belt fault line detection and location is difficult and waste a long time,the design of a conveyor belt automatic detection system handle the joint tensile,corrosion,fracture and other issues.Based on the video image acqui-sition principle and defect detection algorithm,it design the overall scheme of the system,combined with hardware and software develop-ment,the conveyor belt online detection,real-time,rapidly visual detection,for steel wire rope core conveyer belt running status,fault di-agnosis and decision make a reliable judgement way.
