摘要
运用空间计量方法,研究了2004年—2014年我国省域融资租赁空间相关性,结果显示:融资租赁具有正空间相关性,空间聚集特征明显,但融资租赁仍然处于发展不平衡的态势。利用空间误差模型和空间杜宾模型,进一步考察了融资租赁对产业结构的空间溢出效应。分析表明,省域融资租赁发展对产业结构的影响有限。融资租赁的空间溢出效应对本省第二、三产业增加值具有负的影响,是融资租赁业务发展不平衡没有根本性变化的原因之一。
This paper uses spatial econometric methods to explore spatial correlation in financial lease of the provinces of our country from 2004 to 2014. The result shows that financial lease had positive spatial correlation with spatial aggregation characteristics. But the financial lease stays still in the development of unbalanced situation. By using the spatial error model and Spatial Dubin Model,the spatial spillover effect of financial lease on industrial structure is further investigated. It shows that provincial financial lease development has limited effect on the industrial structure. But the spatial spillover effect of financial lease has a negative effect on the increased value of the second and third industry of the province. That is one of the reasons why development imbalance of financial lease is not fundamentally changed.
