矫直机液压系统建模与仿真及改善性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 在矫直过程中由于操作不当,当矫直钢材硬度过大时,矫直力超过矫直机某些零部件强度时,容易损坏矫直机。针对某大型钢厂进口矫直机常出现的故障进行分析研究,对液压系统性能进行检测等。利用AMESim软件对液压系统进行建模仿真,找到了故障原因,对液压系统某些参数进行调整,结果表明:将过载保护溢流阀的压力原设定为29 MPa改为20.5 MPa时,系统的调整时间最短、响应最快,该设备运行一年多来,工作正常。证明了文中仿真分析是正确的,该技术可供有关厂矿企业参考。 When the hardness of steel exceeeds the strength of some straightening machine components under the condition of improper operation,straightening machine will be damaged easily. For a certain large steel mills,the failure was analyzed and the performance of hydraulic system was tested. The hydraulic system was simulated by using AMESim software,then the cause of the failure was found. Some parameters of hydraulic system were adjusted. The result shows that when the original pressure setting of the overload protection relief valve is changed from 29 MPa to 20. 5 MPa,the adjustment time becomes the shortest and the respose is the fastest for the system. The equipment operates well for more than one year. This demonstrates that the simulation analysis is correct. This technology can be provided as a reference for the related mine enterprises.
