摘要
以广东南部某污水处理厂为例,对该厂CAST工艺的提标改造和扩容工程方案及实施效果进行了介绍。以完善和优化现有的运行模式为原则,提出了改造池型以及明确厌氧、缺氧、好氧三大功能分区的方案和滤布滤池深度处理工艺的提标措施。实施效果表明,该模式对污水中的BOD5、COD、SS、氮、磷等能有效去除,出水水质显著优于一级A标准,可为我国南方城镇污水处理厂的改扩建工程提供借鉴。
Taking a wastewater treatment plant in southern Guangdong Province as an example, the upgrading project of cyclic activated sludge technology (CAST) and the implementation results were introduced. According to the principle for improvement and optimization of the current operation mode, a scheme of tank type reconstruction with the clarification of functional division of anaerobic tank, anoxic tank and aerobic tank, and fabric filter technology as advanced treatment process for upgrading project were proposed. The implementation results showed that the treatment mode could effectively remove BOD5, COD, SS, nitrogen and phosphorus, and the effluent quality was significantly superior to the first level A criteria specified in the national discharge standards. The results can provide a reference for upgrading and reconstruction of WWTP in southern China.
