摘要
针对海洋石油平台用SM490YB热轧H型钢冲击性能偏低的问题,通过分析找出冲击性能偏低的主要影响因素为钢中存在一定量的魏氏组织和少量的带状组织,并对微合金化、炼钢、加热、轧制等工艺进行了优化。结果表明:通过工艺优化,基本消除了钢中的魏氏组织,同时降低了带状组织,使产品的-20℃横向及纵向冲击性能得到明显改善。
The problem of lower impact properties of SM490 YB hot rolled H-beam used in offshore oil platform was analyzed,and it was found that the main factors were the presence of a certain amount of Widmannstatten structures and a few banded structures in SM490 YB steel. Then the micro-alloying technology,steelmaking,heating,rolling and other processes were optimized. The results showed that:through process optimization, Widmannstatten structures were substantially eliminated, the banded structures were reduced,and the transverse and longitudinal impact properties at-20 ℃ were significantly improved.
