高炉喷吹用煤粉的可磨性试验研究 被引量:6

Experimental research on the grindability of pulverized coal used for blast furnace injection

摘要 对4种高炉喷吹用煤(晋城北、冬田良、青州和邯郸)进行了煤岩显微分析和工业分析,并且对各单煤的可磨性指数进行了测定,研究了磨煤温度对不同煤化程度单煤的哈氏可磨性指数的影响以及不同煤种混合煤的可磨性。试验结果表明,4种煤中冬田良煤含硫量以及青州和邯郸2种煤的灰分略高于指标要求,其他指标均可以满足喷吹用煤的指标要求;不同煤种单煤的可磨性指数相差较大,晋城北无烟煤的可磨性指数最低,不符合喷吹指标,需进行配煤提高其可磨性;随着磨煤温度的升高,不同煤化程度单煤的可磨性指数均有一些增加,对煤化程度较高的无烟煤的影响较小;不同煤种混合后煤样的可磨性指数并不等于各单一煤种的可磨性指数的加权平均值。 Four kinds of pulverized coal( Jinchengbei anthracite coal,Dongtianliang coal,Qingzhou coal and Handan coal) were tested by petrographic analysis and proximate analysis. The grindability of each individual coal was also tested,and the effects of coal grinding temperature on the Hardgrove Grindability Index( HGI) of individual coal of different rank were studied. Furthermore, the grindability of blended coal of different rank was also researched. The results indicated that the sulphur content of Dongtianliang coal and the ash contents of Qingzhou and Handan coal were a little higher than the accepted values for coal injection,and the other indices could meet the requirements of coal injection. The grindability of individual coal of different rank differed quite a bit,and the grindability of Jinchengbei anthracite coal was the lowest,which could not meet the requirements of coal injection but could be improved by blending coal. The grindability of individual coal of different rank all rose somewhat with the coal grinding temperature rising,and the effect of temperature on the grindability of Jinchengbei anthracite coal was little. The HGI of blended coal was not equal to its weighted average HGI.
