摘要
目的观察锁骨钩钢板在肩部创伤中的临床应用效果。方法 21例移位锁骨远端骨折(NeerⅡ型)患者及13例肩锁关节脱位(TossyⅢ度)患者,均应用锁骨钩钢板治疗,观察临床效果。结果 34例均获随访,平均随访时间13个月。依据Karlsson标准评定术后功能,A级8例,B级24例,C级2例。结论锁骨钩钢板是治疗移位锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的一种较好手术方法。
Objective To observe clinical application effect by clavicular hook plate in shoulder trauma. Methods A total of 21 patients with displaced distal clavicular fracture （Neer Ⅱ ） and 13 patients with acromioclavicular dislocation （Tossy Ⅲ ） all received clavicular hook plate for treatment. Their clinical effects were observed. Results Follow-up was taken in all 34 cases, with mean time as 13 months. According to Karlsson classification for postoperative function, there were 8 grade A cases, 24 grade B cases and 2 grade C cases. Conclusion Clavicular hook plate is an effective operation method in treating displaced distal clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular dislocation.
