摘要
继党的十八届四中和五中全会之后,在党和国家全面推进依法治国的大背景下,在我国各项事业步入"十三五"规划之际,高校如何提高法治化水平,怎样以法治思维和法治方式努力做好高校各项工作,成为新形势下依法治校的首要任务。而推进这个首要任务的基础就是培育法治文化,这对依法治校意义重大。高校应该充分利用自身条件,开展多种途径的法治文化培育方式,营造良好的法治文化氛围,为依法治校打下坚实的基础。
Under the background of comprehensively advancing rule of law, how to improve the level of rule of law and how to work well in all spheres with legal frameworks and legal methods are the primary task of managing the university by law. And to fos- ter legal culture is the basis of fulfilling the primary task. Universities should make full use of their resources, develop multiple pathways to cultivate legal culture, create good atmosphere of legal culture and lay a solid foundation for managing universities by law.
