包钢球团配加废镁碳砖开发镁质氧化球团的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 镁质球团生产技术作为我国高炉炼铁未来的重点研究方向,一直以来因为没有适宜的镁质添加剂,而制约了该技术的发展。本文采用废镁碳砖作为包钢链箅机-回转窑氧化球团的添加剂,在球团工艺、生球性能、成品球强度及冶金性能等方面进行了对比研究。试验结果表明,在包钢球团当前的铁料配置及热工参数条件下,配加废镁碳砖可降低球团还原膨胀率1.0%~2.0%,初始软熔温度提高20℃,滴落温度提高40℃以上,其适宜的配加比例为1.5%,适宜的焙烧温度为1210—1240℃,证实了包钢球团配加废镁碳砖粉生产镁质球团工艺的可行性。 The development of magnesia pellet production technology which is researched as the important direction of blast furnace iron-making future was restricted since there was not suitable magnesia additive. The waste MgO-C Brick was utilized as the additive of oxidized pellet of Baosteel grate-kiln, the pelletizing technique, the green pellet properties, the strength and the metallurgical properties of product pellet were studied by comparison. The experiment results show that, in the current conditions of iron materials configuration and thermal parameters of Baosteel, proportioning with waste MgO-C Brick can reduce the pellet reduction swelling index by 1.0% -2.0% , the initial soft melting temperature increases by 20 ℃, and the dropping temperature enhances over 40 ℃ ,the suitable proportioning ratio is 1.5% ,the suitable roasting temperature is between 1 210 and 1 240℃. All these verify the feasibility of magnesia pellet production process by adding waste MgO-C Brick in Baotou Steel pellets.
