摘要
介绍了热风烧结新工艺在唐山国丰230 m^2烧结机上的应用情况,生产实践表明:设计的热风烧结新工艺,通过总量控制、梯级取风、均匀送风和负压吸附式可移动密封罩等措施,实现了总回热废气量和废气风温的匹配,使生产利用系数提高了0.07 t/(m^2·h),转鼓强度提高了0.65%,FeO含量降低了0.6%,固体能耗降低了约3 kg/t,环冷热废气总排放量下降约50%。达到了降低固体能耗、减少热废气排放量、增加余热利用率的目的,改善了环冷机区域的工作环境,实现了环冷机无组织热废气的超低排放。
The application of new hot air sintering technology(NHAST) in the 230 m2 sinter machine of Tangshan Guofeng Iron And Steel Co., Ltd was introduced in this paper, and the production practice shows that, to achieve the matching of total return hot waste gas heat quantity with the waste gas temperature, such measures as the total gas volume control, cascade gas pickup, uniform gas feed and negative pressure adsorption removable sealing cover were taken in NHAST, the sintering production utilization rate and the drum strength of sinter was improved by 0. 07 t/( m2. h) and 0. 65% respectively, the FeO content of sinter, the solid fuel consumption and the annular cooler waste gas total emission was decreased by 0. 6% ,3 kg/t and 50% respectively by using NHAST. The purposes of reducing the solid fiael consumption and the hot waste gas emission and increasing the utiliza- tion of waste heat were achieved, the working environment of the annular cooler area was improved and disorganized hot waste gas ultra-low emission in annular cooler area was realized.
