摘要
目的:探讨处于康复期的男性精神分裂症患者前瞻记忆是否存在缺陷以及造成缺陷的原因。方法:对男性精神分裂症前瞻记忆状况用实验法、问卷调查法研究。结果:两组被试在前瞻记忆1、2任务和当前任务上有显著的统计学差异(t=-6.085,-5.273,5.-772;P<0.01),而前瞻记忆的自评分数也存在显著差异(t=2.666,P<0.05)。精神分裂组前瞻记忆与受教育年限呈正相关(r=0.425,0.444;P<0.05),前瞻记忆2与当前任务、自评问卷显著相关(r=0.472,-0.639;P<0.01)。结论:男性康复期精神分裂症患者存在明显的前瞻记忆缺陷,可能与任务特性、教育年限有关。
Objective： To investigate prospective memory deficit and reasons in patients with convalescence and male schizophrenia.Methods：In male schizophrenia patients, prospective memory status was investigated by experi- mental method and questionnaire survey.Results：The differences between the two groups of participants in the pro- spective memory task 1,2 and the current task score were statistically significant （t=- 6.085, - 5. 273,5.- 772 ; P 〈： 0.01） ,while the difference of prospective memory score of self--assessment was also significant（t = 2. 666, P 0.05）.In schizophrenia group,prospective memory was positively correlated with schooling years（r = 0.425,0.444;P〈0.05） ,while prospective memory 2 was significantly correlated with the current task and self--reported question-naire（r = 0.472,-0.639, P〈0.0]）.Conclusion.. There exists significant prospective memory during convalescence and male schizophrenia, and it may be associated with task characteristics, schooling years.
