摘要
目的探讨溶胶-凝胶法在钛-聚合瓷修复体纯钛表面镀制氧化锡薄膜的最佳条件。方法取80个纯钛片,均进行表面喷砂处理,取其中30个分为五组,分别涂布0.20、0.30、0.37、0.50、0.60 mol/L的含锡溶胶,分别经过300、500、700℃热处理。观察到0.20 mol/L溶胶镀的含锡薄膜几乎不存在,0.6 mol/L溶胶镀的含锡薄膜裂纹过大、薄膜接近脱落;0.30、0.37、0.50 mol/L溶胶镀的含锡薄膜较完好,有细微裂缝且均匀。从剩余50个纯钛片中取5个为对照组(A组),不涂溶胶;余45个分为三组(每组15个),分别涂布0.30、0.37、0.50 mol/L的溶胶,再分别经过300℃(B1、B2、B3组)、500℃(C1、C2、C3组)、700℃(D1、D2、D3组)温度热处理。在场发射扫描电镜下观察各组钛表面形貌,采用万能材料试验机测量各组剪切结合强度,应用X线衍射分析仪分析界面成分。结果D1组表面形貌平整,薄膜致密,均匀一致,仅有微量细小的裂纹;其余各组钛表面均不平整,有裂纹。D1组剪切结合强度明显高于其他各组(P均<0.05);其薄膜中出现大量的氧化钛、钛化锡、氧化锡,含量均高于其他组(P均<0.05)。结论 0.30 mol/L溶胶经700℃热处理是溶胶-凝胶法在钛-聚合瓷修复体纯钛表面镀制氧化锡薄膜的最佳条件。
Objective To explore the best conditions for plating SnO_2 on pure titanium of titanium-polymerization porcelain restoration by Sol-gel method. Methods A total of 80 pieces of pure titanium specimen were selected. Of which30 pieces were given sandblasting and divided into five groups,then they were respectively coated with 0. 20,0. 30,0. 37,0. 50 and 0. 60 mol / L tin-containing sol,followed by heating treatment under 300 ℃,500 ℃ and 700 ℃. In 0. 20 mol / L sol plating surface,the metal film almost did not exist,in 0. 6 mol / L sol plating surface,metal film crack was too large,and thin film almost fell off; in 0. 30,0. 37 and 0. 50 mol / L sol plating surface,metal film was in good condition,with minor cracks and was uniform. The other 50 pieces of pure titanium specimen were divided into ten groups,with five pieces in each group. In addition to the control group( group A),the other pieces were divided into three large groups( 15 pieces in each group),respectively,and then were coated with 0. 30,0. 37 and 0. 50 mol / L sol,followed by heating treatment under 300 ℃( group B1,B2,B3),500 ℃( group C1,C2,C3) and 700 ℃( group D1,D2,D3) respectively. Then shear bond strength was measured by universal testing machine,titanium surface topography was observed under emission scanning electron microscopy( SEM),and X-ray diffraction analyzer was used to analyze interface components. Results In the group D1,the specimen surface was smooth,metal film was compact and uniform,only a trace of tiny crack. In other groups,titanium surface was uneven,and with crack. The shear bond strength of group D1 was significantly higher than that of other groups( all P〈0. 05). A lot of SnTi3,SnO_2 and TiO_2 was found in metal film of group D1,and the content was higher than the other groups( all P〈0. 05). Conclusion 0. 3 mol / L sol and 700 ℃ heat treatment are the best conditions for plating SnO_2 on pure titanium of titanium-polymerization porcelain restoration.
