摘要
目的研究差异性扁桃体切除术对患者的疗效及预后对比。方法选取我院2014年1月至2015年3月收治的132例扁桃体良性肿大及慢性扁桃体炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各66例患者。观察组采用高频单刀凝扁桃体切除术进行治疗,对照组采用传统的扁桃体剥离术进行治疗,对比患者临床疗效及预后恢复。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间、VAS评分、恢复正常饮食时间及疼痛天数显著少于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论高频单刀凝扁桃体切除术治疗患者简单易操作,能减少手术创伤,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the curative effect of different tonsillectomy on patients and its prognosis comparison. Methods From January 2014 to March 2015 treated 132 cases of benign enlargement tonsils and patients with chronic tonsillitis,randomly divided into observation group and control group,all the 66 patients. Observation group of adopt high-frequency single-pole coagulation tonsillectomy for treatment,the control group with traditional tonsils decollement treatment, the clinical curative effect and prognosis were observed. Results Observation group of intraoperative blood loss,operative time,VAS pain score,returned to normal diet time and number of days was significantly less than the control group,the quality of life score was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0. 05. Conclusions High frequency single coagulation tonsillectomy treated patients is simple and easy to operate,can reduce the surgical trauma,and promote early rehabilitation of patients.
