摘要
M701F联合循环发电机组的余热锅炉由于各种原因,在机组调试期间,极易出现因中压汽包水位高3值或者低3值导致机组跳闸。某新建工程为两台该型号机组,本文对该种机组的余热锅炉中压汽包水位出现高3值或者低3值的原因进行详细的分析,并在此基础上改进中压汽包水位控制策略,以实现中压汽包水位的自动控制及安全运行。同时可为同类机组的调试作参考和借鉴。
M701F combined cycle generating units of the waste heat boiler for various reasons,during the plant commissioning,appear easily because of medium-pressure steam drum water level high Ⅲ or low Ⅲ values result in tripping unit.With a new project for both the model units,in this paper,this kind of waste heat boiler steam drum water level of medium voltage of the unit in high Ⅲ or low Ⅲ values, a detailed analysis of the causes of and on the basis of improving medium-pressure steam drum water level control strategy,in order to realize the medium-pressure steam drum water level automatic control and safe operation. At the same time it is the reference for debugging the similar unit.
