摘要
医药人才的培养过程中,科研创新能力的训练占据重要地位。SRTP(Student Research Training Program,大学生科研训练计划)是一类国内外普遍尝试、依托研究型大学开展的本科生科研训练项目。其出发点在于充分利用学校综合教学资源和雄厚的科研实力,为学生提供更多的科研训练空间和平台。对浙江大学近二十年SRTP的实践进行系统性回顾,探讨SRTP在医药类人才培养过程中对学生科研思维培养的作用效果及有待加强改进之处。
The training of students' innovation capability plays a key role in the development of medical talents. SRTP (Student Research Training Program) is a widespread method practiced inland and overseas,which serves on the basis of research university as an undergraduate research program. SRTP, with taking full advantage of adequate instructional resources and strong research strength, makes it realistic to provide a good chance for undergraduates to explore research. This article aims to review the 20 years' practice in Zhejiang University systematically, which is able to get an overview of its efficiency and problems in the development of scientific thinking of medical talents.
