摘要
对纸品(含羧甲基纤维素钠)进行超声抽提,将提取液与吖啶橙进行反应,在488nm处测定溶液的褪光度,从而建立了一种测定纸品中羧甲基纤维素钠含量的分光光度方法。该方法经实际应用证明,具有简单、快速、准确的优点,可以用于纸品中羧甲基纤维素钠的测定。
Paper products sample, which contain CMC-Na, was t, hrasonic extracted with high pure water and its extract solution reacted with acridine orange. By measuring the fading degree at 488nm, a method to determine the CMC-Na content in paper products was established simultaneously. This testing method proved to be simple, convenient and precise, especially suitable Ibr determining the content of CMC-Na in paper products.
