摘要
[目的]为密集烤房配套技术提供理论依据。[方法]以烤烟品种K326为材料,采用传统挂杆、散叶堆放、散叶打捆插签、散叶插签、散叶网筐、散叶网格6种装烟方式进行烟叶烘烤效果对比试验。[结果]试验表明,挂杆和散叶堆积干烟装烟设备成本低,散叶网筐装烟成本最高。散叶直接堆积烘烤干烟用工成本最低,散叶打捆插签用工成本最高。散叶网格烘烤干烟能耗成本最低,散叶堆积烘烤最高。从烤后经济性状上看,散叶插签烘烤最低,散叶网筐烘烤最高,其次为网格、散叶打捆插签烘烤。[结论]散叶打捆插签和散叶网格烘烤值得推广。
Objective]To provides theoretical foundation for the supporting technology of bulk curing barn.[Method] With flue-cured tobacco variety K326 as the material, comparative test on the bake benefits of six loading modes was carried out , which were traditional hang lever, scat-tered leaf stack, Scattered leaf bundling insertion, scattered leaf insertion, scattered leaf mesh frame, and scattered leaf grid.[Result] Loading equipments of hang lever and scattered leaf stack had low cost;while the cost of scattered leaf grid was the highest .Direct stack of scattered leaf had the lowest labor cost;but scattered leaf bundling insertion had the highest labor cost .scattered leaf grid showed the minimum energy cost;while scattered leaf stack had the maximum energy cost.According to the economic traits after baking, scattered leaf insertion is the minimum, but mesh frame is the maximum , followed with grid and scattered leaf bundling insertion .[ Conclusion ] Scattered leaf bundling insertion and scattered leaf grid baking were worth of being popularized .
