摘要
B2C电子商务的快速发展对物流业提出了新的要求,包装作为物流的重要环节之一,在网络购物中扮演着重要角色。以大学生网购消费者为研究对象,对B2C电子商务环境下的物流包装问题进行了调查,结合调查数据研究了B2C电子商务物流包装的现状及其存在的主要问题,并提出了相关对策建议,以实现B2C电子商务与物流协同发展。
The rapid development of B2C e-commerce proposed new demand for logistics industry, and as a important section of logistics, packaging has played an important role in network shopping. Taken college students network shopping as objective, this article makes a survey for logistics packaging under the B2C e-commerce environment, analyzes the status and problems by combining survey data, and puts forward relevant countermeasure to realize the coordinated development of B2C e-commerce and logistics.
