摘要
对我国面粉厂历史发展中演变的三个历程进行了论述,介绍了整个近代中国面粉厂设备的革新,列举了著名机器面粉厂及相关历史人物,描述了从简单的手工操作到机械化生产过程,其中简述了西方工业文明与资本主义大机器生产方式对我国面粉工业发展的作用。
The paper discussed three courses of development in the history of Chinese flour mills, introduced the innovation process of the equipment for the whole modern Chinese flour mill, listed the famous flour machine mills and related historical figures, described the processing from manual working to high mechanize. Lastly the role of western industrial civilization and capitalist mode of production in the development of ChinaJs flour industry are put forword.
