摘要
哈尔滨市老龄化问题突出且严峻,为了践行健康老龄化、积极老龄化的目标,通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法、数理统计法等方法对哈尔滨市310名不同年龄段的中老年女性进行研究,并根据其不同的体脂状况从有氧运动、力量和耐力、柔韧性和平衡协调性方面制定个性化的运动处方,全面提升哈尔滨市中老年女性科学化锻炼水平,同时为全面提高老年人的生活质量,引领健康的生活方式,制定科学、合理的健身计划提供参考。
Considering the severe aging problem in Harbin city, aiming at the successful and active aging, with the methods of literature data, expert interviews, experimentation and mathematical statistics, the paper has a research on 310 middle-aged and old women from Harbin city. According to their bad fat condition, it gives the personalized prescriptions which relates to aerobic exercise, strength and endurance, flexibility and balance coordination. As a reference for making scientific and reasonable fitness plans, it will help to improve their scientific exercise level and life quality into healthy lifestyle.
