摘要
在软件产业快速发展的今天,如何培养出高质量的软件技术人才,是摆在各高校以及所有软件教育工作者们面前的一个难题.文章首先对软件产业和软件技术专业人才需求的现状进行了分析和讨论,针对高校软件人才培养过程中存在的问题,对软件人才培养策略进行了研究,并给出了具体的应对措施,以期能够培养出符合市场需求的高质量软件技术人才.
With the rapid development of software industry,how to cultivate high-quality software professionals is a difficult problem both for the university as well as all educators engaged in software education.Firstly,the paper analyzes and discusses the current situation of software industry and the demand of software professionals.Then,for the problems of software professionals training in university,the paper explores the software professionals training strategy and puts forward some specific measures in order to cultivate the high-quality software professionals for market.
