摘要
卢仲衡自学辅导教学模式的建构是一个对中外教学实践不断反思的过程。一方面他对我国传统的自学理论与模式以及班级授课制、个别教学、程序教学进行了反思与批判;另一方面他又从教育智慧、自学辅导教材、师生关系、教学原则、学生学习心理品质分类、教学过程等方面重构了本土化的自学辅导教学理论体系与实践模式。他首创的在教师辅导下以学生为主体进行自学的"启、读、练、知、结"自学辅导课堂教学过程,对中国基础教育课堂教学改革产生了积极影响。
Construction ot Lu Zhongheng's bell-study tAmdance leaching lVloclel is a process oI constant reflections on the Chinese and foreign teaching practice. On one hand, he reflected on and criticized the traditional theory of sel{-study and its class teaching mode, as well as individual teaching and programmatic teaching from abroad; On the other hand he reconstructed the indigenous self-study guidance model in teaching practice based on relevant theories and practice such as education wisdom, teaching materials for self-study guidance, the relationship between teachels and students, teaching principles, classification of students' psychological quality. His model emphasizes the subjectivity of the student which is embodied in the six steps of the teaching process, which has exerted a positive influence on the basic education reform in China.
