摘要
针对纯电动汽车变速箱尚没有确定的疲劳载荷谱,难以得到较为准确的变速箱齿轮疲劳寿命值的问题,基于瞬时道路工况UDDS工况,以整车参数作为输入,采用仿真建模方法,提出一种纯电动汽车二挡变速箱齿轮接触应力-时间的获取方法。通过对齿轮接触应力过程的分析提出一种新的应力计数方法,并对接触应力进行计数得到疲劳载荷谱。最终运用名义应力法及疲劳累积损伤理论对纯电动汽车二挡变速箱齿轮接触疲劳寿命进行了预测。结果表明,该寿命值满足纯电动汽车变速箱寿命设计值。
In connection with the problem that it is difficult to get the accurate fatigue life of BEV transmission gears because of lacking for established load spectrum,based on instantaneous road conditions UDDS conditions,taking vehicle parameters as input,by using simulation modeling method,a method of obtaining contact stress- time of BEV two speed transmission gears is proposed finally. A new calculation method of contact stress is proposed through analyzing stress features of gear,the fatigue load spectrum is obtained by using the new method,the contact fatigue life of BEV two speed transmission gears is predicted based on the nominal stress method and fatigue cumulative damage theory finally. The results show that calculated fatigue life value of gears satisfies the designed fatigue life of BEV transmission.
