摘要
老龄化速度加快,未富先老的现实使养老服务成为各界关注的焦点。杨凌作为国家唯一的农业高新技术产业示范区,抓好社区居家养老服务建设是构建和完善养老服务体系的关键。对杨凌老年人养老需求的特点和杨凌居家养老服务目前存在的问题进行详细探讨,结合杨凌社会经济状况,从政府、资金筹集、专门人才和社区养老基础设施等角度提出构建和完善社区居家养老服务的相关建议。
The reality of aging speed make the pension services be focused on.Yang ling is the only national agricultural high tech Industries Demonstration Zone.Paying attention to the community home care services is the key of building and improving the old-age service system.The aged demand characteristics and the problems of community home pension service at Yang ling was discussed in this paper.Combination of Yang ling socioeconomic status,from the government,to raise funds,specifically personnel and community care infrastructure some suggestions to improve the community home care given.
