摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗免疫性不孕不育症的临床疗效。方法选取南阳市第一人民医院不孕不育患者200例,随机分为对照组100例和观察组100例,对照组均给予西药强的松和克罗米芬,观察组给予中西医结合治疗,3个月为1疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果观察组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西药联合中药用于免疫性不孕不育,疗效满意,是免疫性不孕不育的有效治疗方法之一。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of treating immune infertility using a method of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 200 cases of infertility patients from No.1 Hospital of Nanyang were chosen, the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group randomly, each with 100 patients, western medicine prednisone and clomiphene were used in the control group, and a combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was given to the observation group. A course of treatment was 3 months, and the treatment effect was observed after two courses. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was signiifcant better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating immune infertility has satisfactory effect, and is one of the effective treating methods of immune infertility.
