摘要
目的探讨硝普钠联合芪历强心胶囊治疗慢性充血性心衰的疗效。方法选取我院慢性充血性心衰患者68例来进行统计,根据随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组各34例,对照组患者予以硝普钠治疗,观察组患者实施硝普钠联合芪历强心胶囊治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果,进行临床对照性分析。结果对照组患者总有效率61.8%,观察组患者总有效率88.2%,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前心功能各项指标无明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者心心功能指标均改善,但是观察组患者BNP、LVEF、LVEDD优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心力衰竭症状消失时间、药物治疗时间明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率11.8%,观察组不良反应发生率14.7%,两组患者不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论硝普钠联合芪历强心胶囊治疗慢性充血性心衰的疗效好,应用价值高。
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium nitroprusside combined with Qiliqiangxin Capsule in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 68 cases of chronic congestive heart failure in our hospital were selected, in the control group and the observation group, 34 patients in the control group of patients to be divided based on the random numbers nitroprusside treatment, observation group was treated with sodium nitroprusside combined with stilbene calendar capsule cardiac therapy, therapeutic effects were observed and controlled clinical analysis. Results The total efifciency of the control group were 61.8%, the total efifciency of the observation group were 88.2%of patients in the observation group total effective rate was significantly higher （P〈0.05）; Two groups of patients before treatment, cardiac function showed no signiifcant difference （P〉0.05）, two groups of patients after treatment Heart function parameters were improved, but the BNP, LVEF, LVEDD of observation group were than those of control group （P〈0.05）;the observation group of heart failure symptoms disappeared time, drug treatment was significantly superior in the control group （P〈0.05）; incidence of adverse reactions 11.8% in the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions observation group 14.7% incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule is effective in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure, high value.
