应用带线锚钉联合阔筋膜治疗肩锁关节脱位

摘要 目的:介绍应用带线锚钉联合阔筋膜治疗肩锁关节脱位的手术方法,并通过病例随访分析疗效。方法选取2010年11月~2014年10月我院肩锁关节脱位的患者21例,应用带线锚钉联合阔筋膜治疗肩锁关节脱位。结果所有患者术后获得随访12~22个月,平均(16±0.4)个月。术后X线显示所有患者肩锁关节均达到解剖复位。Constant-Murley平均评分为(91.1±0.9)分。总体优良率为90.5%。结论对于肩锁关节脱位,带线锚钉联合阔筋膜能获得满意的疗效,术后并发症少,无需拆除内固定等优点。 Objective To introduce the operating method and clinical effects of coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction using suture anchor and fascia lata. Methods From November 2010 to October 2014, 21 cases of acromioclavicular joint dislocations were underwent coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction combined with suture anchors and fascia lata. Results All the patients were followed up from 12 to 22 months,an average of (16±0.4) months. Postoperative X-ray of all patients showed acromioclavicular joint anatomic reduction. The average Constant-Murley score was (91.1±0.9). The rate of excellence and good were 90.5%. Conclusion For the surgical treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation, combining suture anchors with fascia lata are favorable. The method has the virtue of less postoperative complication and no need for plate removal.
