摘要
目的 分析Ilizarov外固定架治疗大龄儿童（年龄≥6岁）僵硬型马蹄内翻足的护理。方法 选择我院2009年1月-2014年1月收治的行Ilizarov外固定架治疗的僵硬型马蹄内翻足患儿70例,回顾性分析患者的临床护理资料。结果 全部患儿均得到满意护理,无并发症发生;随访足踝畸形矫正满意。结论 在采用Ilizarov外固定架对大龄儿童僵硬型马蹄内翻足进行治疗时,加强护理干预能降低并发症发生率,促进患者恢复。
Objective To analysis of Ilizarov external fixator in treatment of elder children （age is more than or equal to 6 years） nursing rigid clubfoot. Methods The clinical nursing data of 70 cases with rigid clubfoot treated with the Ilizarov external fixator in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the patients were obtained satisfaction with care, and no complications; Following-up, the correction of the foot and ankle deformity satisfaction. Conclusion Ilizarov external fixator for older children rigid clubfoot treatment, strengthening the nursing intervention can let the complication rate is reduced, and promote recovery more quickly.
